wedding in bologna

September 5, 2020

On 5 September 2020, we left for Bologna, excited at the idea of working for the first time in a city we love very much.

Our spouses, Caterina and Jacopo, are a young couple from Emilia-Romagna who, despite the pandemic of Covid-19, did not give up so that they could fulfill their dream of love, it did.

The couple, from Bologna, decided to get married in the historical red room in the town hall, so called because it takes its name from the color of the upholstery with with it was covered in the first half of twentieth century.

Here in the presence of witnesses and parents they were united in marriage and once the wedding rings were exchanged they reached friends and relatives in Piazza Maggiore to toast all together.

After a short break, the bride and groom made an appointment with the guests in the church of Settefonti, whose remains stand on the hills of Ozzano within the park of Bologna’s Gessi.

The church of Settefonti is a place of great spiritual and historical value and it was really exciting and touching to attend the exchange of promises between Jacopo and Caterina.

The day continued under the banner of party of few kilometers from Ozzano in the house of our spouses.

A wonderful dinner colorful, cheerful and full of toasts created a beautiful and very intimate atmosphere.

Afterwards, the open bar opened and Dj Lugi sparked off spouses and guests until late at night.

A beautiful wedding, one that we will carry in our hearts!
